Description Television industries in Indonesia need high quality Human Resource to produce a television programs. Way to get them is by applying a job analysis before starting the recruitment process. It is to get the analysis about the required criteria for individual to hold particular position. In that way, the company will get a competence human resource in program making. Another thing that influenced productivity of program making is the communication style among employees within production department of TVKU
it is how the employees interacts each other everyday. Cultural differences in a company could somehow become an obstacle. It is caused by a basic difference in a culture such as speech intonation, attitude, etc. If a conflict occured, the productivity of program making will be suspended.
This Research is using explanative quantitative research method. It is a research to explain the influence of job analysis and communication style among employees to productivity of program making. This research is to find a significant influence of job analysis to productivity of program making, communication style among employees to productivity of program making and to find a significant influence of job analysis and communication style among employees to productivity of program making in TVKU.
Single regression on variable X1 to Y showed that p score 0,001 lt
0,05 and the power of influence is strong enough, 0,476. It indicates that there is a significant influence between X1 to Y. In Variable X2 to Y, p score is 0,005 lt
0,05 and the power of influence is weak, 0,387. Although it was weak, still there is a significant influence on X2 to Y. Based on the result of multiple regression, p score is 0,003 lt
0,05 which indicates that there is a significant influence between X1 and X2 to Y. The power of influence on this multiple regression is 0,212 which means job analysis and communication style among employees can affect 21,2 % to productivity of program making and the rest is influenced by any other factors which was not included in this research.
This research has its own limitations such as a macro kind and undeep data. The question based on a questionaire can not be developed like an interview. Therefore it is only limited to the indicators of this research variables.
